Hamline men's hockey sophomore Kerry McGlynn probably wishes he coiuld play all his games in the state of Wisconsin. The St. Louis native scored his only goal last season in the NCAA quarterfinal game at Stevens Point. He returned to the same rink last Thursday and scored the Pipers'  last goal -- his first of the season -- in a 10-3 loss to the powerful Pointers. 

The next night, in Menominee against UW-Stout, he scored as more meaningful tally. Kerry's goal with 4:02 left in the this period lifted the Pipers to a 4-4 tie with the Blue Devils and gave the team something to build on as they head back to MIAC play. HU hosts Concordia this weekend at Oscar Johnson Arena. The teams meet Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and come back for a 2:00 p.m. battle on Saturday. Hamline is 4-7-4 overall. They stand 1-4-1 in the MIAC.
