The MIAC Track and Field meet is still a couple of weeks away. But Andrew Ferguson is looking like he is ready to compete now. The senior ran third in the 400 Meter Hurdles last week in a time of 56.88 seconds.

This came one week after he set a new school record for the Decathlon, registering 5,667 points. The senior is expected to compete in the latter event, which serves as the start of the conference Track & Field meet May 1-2.

Ferguson should feel right at home in the Decathlon. It is scheduled to be held at Laird Stadium in Northfield -- the very site where Ferguson competed last weekend.
